Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
1. These clocks are inherently fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen occasionally despite our efforts to pack them as well as we can. We will resolve the issue case-by-case by replacing the affected part or the entire clock.
2. By default, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, we may consider such requests individually if the product can be returned in a similar condition to how it arrived. We will not be liable for return shipping costs; a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product may be charged.
