Return and Refund Policy
1.We provide a 3 year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
We will bear the cost of reshipping the order, but the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.
2.These clocks are inherently fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen from time to time despite our efforts in packing them as well as we can. For such cases we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis, either by replacing the affected part or the entire clock.
3.By default, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However we may consider such requests on an individual basis provided if the product can be returned in a similiar condition as they arrived in. We will not be liable for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product may be charged.
4.After the customer meets our return requirements and terms, we will provide the corresponding refund to the customer within 1 day
