Return and Refund Policy

1. Conditions for Returns
We only accept returns and exchanges for defective items or quality issues. Please note, we do not accept returns for non-quality issues.
2. Return Period
If you receive a watch that is damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, you must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery. 
3. Cost Information
Reshipment Fees: For confirmed defective or problematic products, we will cover the cost of reshipment.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected]. Provide your order information and a detailed description of the issue with the product.
Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Step 3: Follow the instructions to return the item along with all original packaging materials. 
Step 4: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it and process either a refund or an exchange based on the specific situation.
5. Resolution Options
Depending on the specific circumstances, we will either provide a refund or replace the product with a new one or just replace the affected part to resolve your issue.
6. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds will typically be processed within 5 to 10 business days and reflected on your statement.
